This simple yet effective hydrating drink provides some amazing benefits that you don’t want to miss out on. I love to drink it regularly because it helps my digestion, skin, energy levels, and cognition, and here's some more.

  7. Rich in nutrients that support healthy bones, such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and protein

This hydrating and delicious drink is perfect first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. That’s how I like to drink it. Or after a workout and throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized.


I love chia seeds so much for their mucilaginous (gum-like) qualities that help to remove toxins from the body. They are the most effective when they are soaked for at least 4 hours which is why I don’t recommend sprinkling them on your food. They are meant to become jelly-like.


How to make Lemon Chia Seed Water

  • Filtered Water

  • Chia seeds (use as many chia seeds as you like)

  • 1/2 juice of a lemon
